Check-in and check-out regulation
Guaranteed Check in is from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. Check out is from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Other times are only possible if you inform us either in writing or per telephone.
Directions
Motorway Exit: "Baden-Baden"
From the Highway “Autobahn A5” – get off the highway exit Baden-Baden, then please stay in the left lane and follow the blue signs “Thermen”. Stay in the left lane and turn left into Leopoldstraße – follow the signs “Thermen / Gaggenau”.
Follow the road uphill, drive through the small tunnel and take the second turn right into Rotenbachtalstraße, drive past the parking garages and turn right into Bäderstraße (it is allowed to drive here), follow the sign "Rathaus" by driving straight ahead. In front of the Friedrichsbad turn left, up the Steinstraße.
Please park close to the blue hotel building to unload the luggage.
