Description
The sizes of our holiday apartments are respectively 63, 65 and 77 square meters for two or three adults and one child, for two or three adults or two adults and one or two child-ren. They are located in a high-class standardized building (built in 2000) and situated on a semi-heights above Baden-Baden.
A few minutes walk takes you to the pedestrian precinct, the Kurhaus and Kongresshaus, the casino, the Festspielhaus and the spas. There is a bus stop and various shopping facili-ties close by.
Coming from the garage you reach your holiday appartment by an elevator. The two and three-room appartments include a small hall with wardrobe, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living-/diningroom and a terrace or balcony. The three-room appartment includes an addi-tional guestroom furnished with a wash basin as well as a separate toilet.
All appartments are completely furnished (inclusive bedding, towels and kitchentowels, cooking utensils and crockery). The blinds in each room are electrical operated. All appar-tements have an intercom connected to an outside camera who scannes the entrance area. Due to a high percentage of persons who are prone to allergies the appartements are furnished with tiled floors.
The apartments are non-smoking. strictly no pets.
