Ruhige Lage nah am Wald und dennoch nur ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Stadtzentrum, Kurhaus und Casino. Nur ca. 5 Gehminuten zum Festspielhaus. Das moderne Haus mit 2 Wohnungen wurde 2012 fertiggestellt. Es liegt im Park einer Villa aus dem 19. Jhdt. Baden-Baden bietet Gelegenheit für viele Aktivitäten: Konzerte, Theater, Museen, Römisch-Irisches Bad, Caracalla-Therme, Casino. Restaurants von preiswert bis zum Sterne-Restaurant. Alles bequem durch den Kurpark zu Fuß erreichbar. Schwarzwald und Rebland laden zu Wanderungen ein. Frankreich ist mit dem Auto ganz schnell zu erreichen. Ca. 40 Minuten nach Straßburg. Ihren PKW parken Sie innerhalb des abgeschlossenen Grundstücks. Im gepflegten Park können Sie entspannen.
