The start of the final final stage is at the Geroldsauer Mill – a few eventful kilometres from the Rose Society Garden on the Beutig Hill. Instead of roses, therefore, there are two remarkable rock monuments marking the first tour highlights of the day: the Louis Rock and Korbmatt Cliffs.

Via the Laisenberg path, the tour first heads towards Leisberg. The shady paths lead west to the "Yellow Oak". Then the quiet and lonely forest paths lead to the Louis Rock at 415 metres above sea level, where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over Baden-Baden, the Rhine and neighbouring Alsace.

Option: At the turnoff, you can now make a detour through the Yburg Forest to the Yburg Castle Ruins on the left – where the Yburg restaurant awaits you with culinary highlights and a fabulous view over Baden-Baden's vineyards and the Rhine valley.

Across the "Lache" – meaning the hut – and along the Pfeifersfels Path, the Panorama Trail leads you to the famous Waldhaus Batschari, a forest hut made of stone and wood, which invites you to take a short break with its spacious interior and benches. There is probably no other vantage point where the world-famous spa and culture town of Baden-Baden lies so beautifully at your feet with all its sights, magnificent parks and the mighty Battert Rock.

From here it is not far to the Korbmatt Cliffs and the lookout point situated on an exposed rocky outcrop. Enjoy beautiful views of the south-western part of the city.

Cross the Waldeneck and head towards the "Korbmattfelsenklinik".

Option: If you simply can't get enough of beautiful views, continue your hike from the "Tierpark" along the Michelbach stream towards Fremersberg Mountain. The Fremersberg tower, built at an altitude of 525 metres, offers a sweeping view of the Black Forest, the Rhine valley and the French Vosges mountains. Badian specialities await you in the restaurant "Turm Fremersberg" on the top of the mountain.

At the "Korbmattfelsenklinik" you cross the road towards the "Tierpark" and follow the path towards the "Rosenneuheitengarten" (Rose Society Garden). In between you will find peace and relaxation at the quietly situated lake "Waldsee" on the left side of the path.

And then suddenly you are back in civilisation, moving around in the urban green belt – to smell the beguiling scent of countless roses: Enjoy the colourful splendour of flowers in the Rose Society Garden on the Beutig Hill. You will think you are entering paradise, because the view of the city has just such qualities. The World Federation of Rose Societies has given this special garden the "Award of Garden Excellence".

Admittedly, it will be difficult to leave this special place again – and yet it is not the last highlight of this final stage. Then turn right towards Friesenberghütte and follow the path to the Romanian Orthodox Stourdza Chapel with its golden dome. This impressive monument offers you a special box seat over the city. Pay attention to the mighty sequoia trees surrounding it – a botanical dream!

From here, the Panorama Trail leads downhill through the parks and gardens via numerous steps to the Kurhaus – the heart of Baden-Baden.
