The SWR3 New Pop Festival in Baden-Baden is a highlight for fans of new music. Up-and-coming artists perform here who have the potential to become the next superstars, much like Ed Sheeran or Bruno Mars once did.

In addition to the intimate concerts by the newcomers, there will be a homecoming concert with well-known former participants and the SWR3 New Pop CUPRA DJ Night.

Free daily concerts in the concert shell in front of the Kurhaus and the free supporting programme in the New Pop City ensure a great atmosphere in the city. Further information can be found on the SWR3 Website.

Visitors without a concert ticket can also experience the SWR3 New Pop Festival. On all three concert days, we offer a free program in the New Pop City Baden-Baden. We roll out a red carpet over three kilometers long, illuminate the city center and celebrate the party nights in various locations - all with free admission.

For a relaxed journey, take advantage of the Park & Ride service with special buses that will take you comfortably to the SWR3 New Pop Festival. With your festival ticket, you can travel free of charge (otherwise the KVV fare applies). The special buses run every 15 minutes on the following route:

• Baden-Baden railway station
• Cité cinema / P&R Parkhaus Cineplex*
• Dreieichenkapelle (P&R Riverty)
• Festspielhaus
• Hindenburgplatz/ Stadtbibliothek
• Leopoldsplatz (Luisenstr.)
• Augustaplatz

*The parking ticket is valid on the day of purchase for up to 5 people for the return journey to and from the city centre.

Special bus times:

• Thursday until 1 a.m.
• Friday until 1:30 a.m.
• Saturday until 2 a.m.
• Sunday until 1 a.m.

All venues of the SWR3 New Pop Festival in Baden-Baden are easy to reach, as Baden-Baden is known for being within walking distance. A special highlight is the "red carpet", which runs through the whole city and connects all the important locations. Simply follow the red carpet to get from one venue to the next safely and conveniently.

If you prefer public transport, the buses from the central Leopoldsplatz will take you quickly to the festival locations. Parking is also available near the venues if you are traveling by car.

Yes, there are numerous accommodation options near the SWR3 New Pop Festival. In Baden-Baden you will find a large number of hotels, guesthouses and vacation apartments in the immediate vicinity of the venues. We recommend booking early, as accommodation can fill up quickly during the festival.

Yes, there are numerous catering options at the festival. Around the Kurhaus colonnades and on the Fieser Bridge you will find various regional food and drink outlets. Here you can enjoy various delicacies and fortify yourself for the next items on the program.
